We purchased a corner lot at the top of Eagle Mountain on the east side of Abbotsford. We had big dreams for this new home and lots of ideas. When meeting with the Citadel team, it was obvious to all that this would be a good fit. Steve saw our vision, along with his wife Karen. Steve soon got started on our concept drawings of what we had presented to him for this lot. The plans turned out perfectly, we tweaked a little here & there. It was our vision!

As we started to build, we stretched our vision and upgraded a few things. We went from doing lower walls in ICF to doing the whole home structure in ICF. Steve was on board, gave us the updated budget numbers to reflect where we would save & where we would spend. We signed off and he made that happen. We pushed our limits with the city and received approval for 2 full driveways. Steve again was instrumental in supporting our vision.

This home has many of the latest innovations within the structure. We were impressed with the connections Steve has with other companies and suppliers. Steve was there from plan drawing to handing us our keys. And we couldn’t have been happier. It was great to work with the Citadel team. And, gain a wonderful friendship with Steve and Karen.
